Privacy policy
This site belongs to sky made simple ApS. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send us.
Who is responsible
sky made simple ApS, CVR 43434527, Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for this website. Our email and phone number are on our contact page.
What we collect, and why
We process personal data in three situations.
- Email and phone: when you write or call, we receive your name, your contact details and what you tell us. We use it to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare an engagement. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Delivery and security: the site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to serve the pages and protect them from attacks. Before showing our email and phone number, Cloudflare runs a short check that you are not a bot. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website and keeping our contact details away from spam bots (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Hosting logs: the host, Microsoft Azure, records the IP address, browser type and time of each request for security and operations. We do not combine these logs with anything else. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics and loads no social media scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit.
When you open our contact page and pass Cloudflare's check, Cloudflare stores one cookie, cf_clearance, as proof that the check was passed, so it does not ask again. It is strictly necessary for that security check and is not used for tracking.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of processors, all under data processing agreements.
- Microsoft Azure (EU regions) hosts the website.
- Cloudflare delivers the website and runs the check on the contact page. Cloudflare is a US company; transfers rely on its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.
- Microsoft 365 (EU data residency) handles our email, so a message you send us is stored there.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case they become part of the engagement records and follow the Danish Bookkeeping Act (5 years after the end of the financial year). Hosting logs are kept by Microsoft Azure for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to us using the details on our contact page and we will answer within a month.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
